Make an instant 10 dollars under 5 minutes

Sounds impossible? No, not really. I've found few good earning sites that can give you this result. Usually you get your 10 dollars or more immediately after joining. Am not talking about getting paid by merely signing up like what some websites offer. Rather you make your 10 dollars or more by participating, by that i mean completing offers, surveys and trying free products. Sometimes these websites give you 1 or 2 dollars for just signing up for a certain program, or they pay you 5 dollars for joining a survey program, or 5 dollars for entering your email with an intent to participate in another program, or they pay you 10 or 20 dollars for trying their free products.

The secret to earn more money here is to participate. Join as many survey offers, sign up offers and try as many products there is. But be sure to create a new email address so that you will spare your existing email address from spams.

Here's a tabulation of possible offers and their corresponding revenue:

Signing for another program= $2.00 x 3 = $ 6.00
Joining in surveys = $5.00 x 3 = $15.00

Trying products for free = $10.00 x 3 = $30.00

Grand Total
= $51.00
(but you know you could earn better than that if you want)

The Secret To Making Money Online Is Time Management

There are millions of people trying to make money online, but not everyone is making a living out of it. In fact many people actually end up losing money because they have not mastrered time management.

Time management may be the single most important concept when trying to make money online. When first entering into online money making the newcomer may get caught up in wasting their time.

Manageing your time and sticking to a time table is the only way to successfully turn your time into money.  Time being the "basket" and eggs being "jobs".  You absolutely must take action on these jobs to turn it into real money.  Click Here to look at the current online job openings that are free, meaning, no money to start-up and make money.

It is easy to set up a time schedule.  Use a calendar or make one in Word or a Spreadsheet.  Set specific times to do specific things for the next day.  When you wake up, just follow that schedule.  This takes discipline and time management, but it absolutely does pay off, I promise.

Do not ever put more than you can handle... this will lead to the destruction of your schedule and discipline!

You have already crossed the biggest hurdle and that is actually commiting to a timetable. Now it is up to you to turn your timetable into a habit, just like brushing your teeth daily, stick to your time table daily. Once you have mastered this, you will easily start to see money being deposited into your bank account.

Remember to also take time off. This is very important as getting rest and relaxing is just as important as work.

I have been working online and from home for soem tiem now and I am loving it! I am not yet a millionaire, but it is all setup...I just have to stick to it everyday...and you can too!

This Could Save Your Life - Cure To The SUPERBUG Media Says Is Sweeping Country

Okay, so I just started seeing the most recent spree of “news” articles talking about the new antibiotic resistant ‘Superbug’ that is making its rounds throughout hospitals and nursing homes across the world, then saw it on the front page of Weather.com this morning as well.

Words like ‘deadly,’ ‘untreatable,’ ‘death,’ ‘die,’ ‘huge threat,’ and ‘nightmare’ are used.

People are being told they have three options:

To amputate the infected limb,
Pump themselves full of toxic antibiotics (originally used back in the 80’s)
Or die.

Talk about fear propaganda!

But not only does this reek of fear propaganda, it’s also just a plain, outright lie!!

These antibiotic ‘superbugs’ ARE treatable! In fact, chances are, you could go to your local health food store (or amazon.com) to buy all the supplies you will need to keep you and your family safe from these superbugs

The answer? Essential Oils!

(if you want to skip the brief tutorial on essential oils and go straight to the treatment, skip to the bottom section about ‘Thieves Oil.’)

Now please, listen up, this isn’t just hippie, new-age, mumbo jumbo jargon. Essential oils are scientifically proven to be extremely powerful treatments for all kinds of illnesses and injuries. Essential oils contain thousands of different kinds of chemical compounds that have all kinds of effects, including: antibiotic, antiviral, antifungal, antiseptic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antidepressant, antimicrobial, and more.

I know, if you’re like I was up until just a while ago, you may think that essential oils are used just because they ‘smell good.’ We all know the smell of lavender oil calms us down. But how? Why?

For starters, check out this fact:

"There are approximately 40 million trillion molecules in one drop of essential oil (that's approximately 40,000 molecules for each cell in the average human body)," explains an article on essential oils published in the International Wellness Directory.

40 MILLION-TRILLION molecules in ONE drop! (Sorry, but that fact continuously blows my mind.)

Okay, so, obviously this means that each individual molecule is very small (with a molecular weight of about 58amu.) This is why essential oils have such a strong scent; because the molecules are so small they readily leap into the air and fill the room.

Without going too far into the complexity of the molecular structure and chemical compounds found within the oils…essentially, what happens when you smell the aroma of an oil is that you are inhaling millions of therapeutic molecules that are then brought into your lungs where they are absorbed into the blood system. (The exact process as to how this all chemically unfolds within our body is still being figured out.)

Also, because of the extremely small size of the molecules, essential oils are able bypass the blood-brain barrier which most medicines and molecules are unable to penetrate. This means the oils have a direct effect on your neurotransmitters and other intracellular messengers as well as on your pituitary system (such as the pineal gland*.)

Now, of course, simply inhaling the essential oils is not the only way to use them. Essential oils are also GREAT when applied topically. They are quickly absorbed by your skin and will make their way around your entire body within 20 minutes.

Although there are definitely some oils that you can apply ‘neat’ (without a diffusing agent) to the skin (such as lavender and tea tree oil) it is usually suggested that you dilute the oils within a carrier oil such as organic olive oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, etc. They can then be applied to all parts of the body, but the feet, spine, neck, and chest are particularly good areas. (Or directly to the wound/infection if you are battling a specific situation.)

Okay, but back to…dun dun dun…. THE SUPERBUG OF DEATH!

This is a little bit about why essential oils are found to be more effective against these antibiotic resistant strains than…well…antibiotics.

“One reason virus and bacteria cannot mutate with therapeutic-grade essential oils is because of the chemical constituents that make up essential oils. One essential oil can have anywhere from 200- 800 chemical constituents. It is impossible for a virus to mutate and adapt to the enormous number of chemical constituents in a therapeutic-grade essential oil. Drugs are made by isolating one or two constituents. A virus can easily mutate and adapt to the drug rendering it useless.”

Basically, because drugs are always made using the exact same formula which usually involves isolating just a few constituents, it is relatively easy for the bacteria to figure out how to become immune to them. Essential oils, on the other hand, are so immensely complex that the bacteria can’t effectively become resistant to them. Not only is this because oils have hundreds of different chemical constituents, but also because of factors such as soil, rain, climate, sun, etc that is found where the specific plant for that specific bottle of oil was grown. In other words, even the same‘oils’ are never the same!

This is straight from an article ran in the BBC back in 2004 regarding a study where scientists successfully killed MRSA and Superbug strains with essential oils.

Jacqui Stringer, clinical leader of complementary therapies at Christie Hospital in Manchester, instigated the oils research. She said: "Our research shows a very practical application which could be of enormous benefit to the NHS and its patients. "The reason essential oils are so effective is because they are made up of a complex mixture of chemical compounds which the MRSA and other superbug bacteria finds difficult to resist.

Okay, do you believe it yet? There IS a cure and it is provided directly from Mother Nature herself! So stop listening to the CDC or the FDA or any other medical institution! They are either actively involved in denying you life saving information strictly to continue making a profit, or at very least, have their heads shoved so far in the sand they can’t read the flashing neon signs all around them!

Okay, so what oils should you use?

(I want to go ahead and clear up – in case the FDA and whoever else is watching this… - the fact that I am NOT a doctor. I’m just fixated on natural health and also making money from home (www.GuardianStaffingAgency.com  -  I do not guarantee that this will save your life. I am not here to diagnose or cure anyone. You should always consult your doctor first. You assume all risks and responsibilities related to your actions. Blah blah blah.)

THIEVES OIL

Here’s the story about Thieves Oil

“The recipe for this blend is believed to have originated from thieves during the 15th century. According to popular theory, the concoction was created by a group of thieves and grave robbers to protect themselves from contracting the plague while robbing the bodies of the gravely ill and deceased. When apprehended, the thieves admitted to using the formula and disclosed the recipe in order to receive a less severe punishment for their crimes.

Whether or not this story is true, the essential oils in this blend are antiseptic, antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-infectious. They will stimulate the immune system, circulation and respiratory system, and help protect against the flu, colds, bronchitis, pneumonia, sore throats, cuts, and more. Modern testing has shown the effectiveness of this blend and studies have found it to have a high kill rate against airborne bacteria.”

There are plenty of places to order a pre-blended bottle of Thieves Oil, or you can buy your own essential oils to make your own blend at home (and then you’d have the remaining individual oils to play with too!)

Here’s a common recipe:
40 drops organic Clove Bud essential oil
35 drops organic Lemon essential oil
20 drops organic Cinnamon Bark essential oil
15 drops organic Eucalyptus essential oil
10 drops organic Rosemary essential oil
Mix all of these together and store in a dark, apothecary-style bottle. You could also mix these with about 2 tablespoons carrier oil to use as massage oil. (1 drop essential oil to 4 drops carrier oil is a good ratio.)   ***You can click each of the oils above to be taken directly to amazon where you can buy them cheap!***

I would also highly recommend including ‘lemongrass’ and ‘geranium’ into your mixture (as these have proven highly effective against MRSA and other bacterial strains.) Some other oils to incorporate if you want are Tea Tree, Oregano, Thyme, Sage, Ravensara, Lavender, Juniper Berry, Hyssop, Bay Laurel, or Scotch Pine. (Be mindful of oregano, it is very powerful and can irritate sensitive skin.)

(it also references many other scientific case studies if you want more evidence.)

1998: Chao studied a blend of oils patterned after that used by 15th century thieves containing cinnamon, rosemary, clove, eucalyptus and lemon was diffused in a closed room in which bacteria cultures were sprayed. There was an 82% reduction in M. Luteus, a 96% reduction in P. Aeruginosa, and a 44% reduction in S. Aureusbioaerosols following 10 minutes of exposure.

This blend of Thieves oil can also be diluted with water into a spray bottle and used to disinfect the whole room/house.

Thieves oil can also be effective for: Sore throats, insect bites, immune support, cuts, headache, poison ivy, acne, congestion, mouthwash and more!

There is loads more information and good applications of it

Okay, so there you have it, a treatment for the untreatable!

I have used essential oils for all kinds of purposes, including staph infection, and continuously find more ways to use them. I’m hooked!

Why these oils are not being used more ‘mainstream’ as treatments for ALL kinds of ailments (headaches, stomachaches, depression, burns, cuts, stings, insomnia, infections, cancer, etc, etc) is beyond me. Obviously we probably are not going to be hearing about this on FOX or MSNBC anytime soon (although, let’s pray that we do!) I think this is the PROOF that our government, media and medical institutions do NOT care about us. Which is fine by me! We don’t need them. (There’s plenty of other proof too, of course.)
You think you will ever here Obama come out to give a press conference telling people to go by essential oils instead of running to the closest vaccine or new antibiotic? Doubtful.

So it is up to us. It is up to Word of Mouth. Educate yourself. Educate your friends and family. We already have the treatments! And they are (relatively) cheap! (Very cheap compared to hospital visits and prescriptions.) Call the news station if you want. Print out this information to pass around town or leave posted up somewhere. Whatever you’ve got to do.

The institutions are effectively murdering people by allowing them to die or suffer due to the Superbug without informing patients about the proven use of essential oils.

Did Blowing into Nintendo Cartridges Really Help?

I remember when I was a kid and had a Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), sometimes the games wouldn't load. But we all knew the secret: take out the game cartridge, blow on the contacts, and put it back in.  It worked! (When it failed, I'd just keep trying until it worked.) But looking back, did blowing into the cartridge really help? I'm not sure why I am even writing a blog post about this, lol.  I had a sudden urge the other day to play the old Mario Bros., Duck Hunt and Zelda. The good news (for me) is that Nintendo NES's still exist!  I was looking on Ebay and they are anywere from $60 - $800 ...what the hell?!   There are some on craigslist, and amazon has alot of them for sale around $30 - $50, so that is the best deal I've found so far and you can click HERE to see them.  I am going to get this and show my son how video gaming got started lol!

Here is a photo of the ORIGINAL Nintendo in Japan, before they made our beloved Nintendo NES.

Crazy right?  The NES console marketed in the US looked very different from Nintendo's original Famicom console sold in Japan. The Famicom (short for Family Computer) is shown above -- it featured a top loading design in which you crammed the cartridge into a slot on the top. (It also featured a snazzy red-and-cream color scheme that to my eye looks a bit like Voltron.) By putting the cartridge in on top, the label on the Famicom cartridge served as a kind of billboard, advertising the game currently being played. When Nintendo created the NES for the US, a major design change was to place that cartridge slot deep inside a VCR-style gray box.  It was similar technology, but hidden in a way that American consumers might assume was more like a familiar VCR -- and more importantly, different from game consoles like the Atari 2600, which were old news. Nintendo wanted to be new, and better -- so it hid its slot.  No pun intended
What Nintendo tried to emulate was a "Zero Insertion Force" (ZIF) connection -- a phrase that sounds like a bad joke about problems in bed, but is a real engineering notion. A ZIF connection is one in which the user doesn't directly press the cartridge into its host connector -- no insertion force is exerted by the user. This is a good thing from an engineering standpoint because users can do things like push too hard, and eventually connectors that require this kind of contact wear out. A typical mid-to-late 80s VCR is a variant of ZIF design: the tape goes in the front, then the machine grabs it and gently pulls it into place. That's a pretty durable design. That's not what the NES had, though. Its slot required insertion force, and it was buried inside a box

First up, Vince Clemente, producer of The Tetris Masters, a documentary about players of the classic NES Tetris. Clemente said, "[Blowing in the cartridge] is actually terrible for the games and makes the contacts rust. You're really not supposed to do it. But it works. [laughs]" This sums up the problem: although intellectually we knew that blowing into electronics was bad, we did it anyway. It seemed to work.

Next, I looked up Frank Viturello, who is one of the hosts of the gaming show Digital Press Webcast  among many other gaming-related projects -- he also worked in a game store for years. This guy interviewed Viturello about this subject:

Viturello's first response was: "While I admittedly may have dabbled in a little cartridge-blowing as a naive NES-playing youth, I've long-since been an advocate for not doing it with the stance that for whatever it may do to aid in the temporary functionality of an NES, it ultimately opens the door for damage and distress to the hardware."

Higgins: "How did this lore about blowing into the cartridges spread across the US?"

Viturello: "It was very much a hive-mind kind of thing, something that all kids did, and many still do on modern cartridge based systems. Prior to the NES I don't recall people blowing into Atari or any other cartridge-based hardware that predated the NES (though that likely spoke to the general reliability of that hardware versus the dreaded front-loading Nintendo 72 Pin connectors). I suppose it has a lot to do with the placebo effect. US NES hardware required, on most games, optimal connection across up to 72 pins as well as communication with a security lock-out chip. The theory that 'dust' could be a legitimate inhibitor and that 'blowing it out' was the solution, still sounds silly to me when I say it out loud."

Higgins: "Why would blowing into the cartridges have any effect? It feels like it works, sometimes."

Viturello: "While there are some collectors/enthusiasts who will defend their position that the moisture in human breath will likely cause no damage to an NES cartridge, based on what I've personally seen over the past 20 years, I not only disagree with them, but feel strongly that the connection/correlation between blowing into an NES cartridge and the potential for long-term effects including wear, corrosion of the metal contacts, mold/mildew growth, is sound logic.

So, WHY does blowing into a cartridge have any effect? I'm not a scientist and I don't have any real empirical evidence, but I'm happy to speculate. The most reasonable explanations -- in my opinion -- are:

1.) The act of removing, blowing in, and re-seating a cartridge most likely creates another random opportunity for the connection to be better made. So removing the cartridge 10 times and putting back in without blowing on it might net the exact same results as blowing on it between each time.

And 2.) The moisture that occurs when you blow into a cartridge has some type of immediate effect on the electrical connection that occurs. Either the moisture helps to eliminate/move any debris/chemical buildup that has occurred when the contacts and the pin-readers rub together, or the moisture increases conductivity to a degree that it can send the data through any existing matter that was previously interfering with the connection. Those are my best theories."

Why Most People Will Never Make Money Online

Most People Absolutely Refuse To Take The First Step, Even Though It's What They Want

It's almost like self sabatoge or a masacist!  In my opinion, this is the number one reason why people don't make any money online, when it is obvious that they would like to. What do I mean by not taking the first step?
I look at making money on the internet as a daily journey. To reach your desired destination (a monthly income) you absolutely have to take the first step on your journey. When working online, the fist step would be to work the websites which make you money from nothing, like on my Job Openings page at www.GuardianStaffingAgency.com  -  After you get the hang of this, you should definitely make a blog or a website.  How do I know people don't take that first step?
Every single day I can see when a person signs up for one of the sites on Guardian Staffing, and it has been my experience that about 90% of them sign up, then do not ever make one single effort or attempt to make money..... then proceed to the next step by creating a website or blog.  All of this is free, by the way.  The (understandable) problem is that most of our mindsets are of the opposite.  All you need to do is work the websites we have found and are still currently testing.  Then, after you have proven to yourself that "yes, you really can make money online" you can take it to the next level and tell others about it.  This will add 'referral' commissions to your income as well.  In this blog I will be covering massive amounts of ways to do this.  Each person is different, so find what works for you within the guidelines of legitimacy and you will make money, it is not a myth and it is not scandalous!  It is actual legitimate work, you just have to actually want to make money and put in "x" number of hours a day.  Whatever your schedule is, you CAN do it.

Nobody Has Patience

Patience is important when you first start out making money online.  We are used to getting hired by a job and them bam, so much per month for all of your time and countless other "give-ups" that you have to let go of in life.  Making money online requires a motivation first and foremost.  You have to want the life that you deserve and you will need to work at it just like a job.  The good news is that you get way more than a normal 'job' offers...you can be creative and make it to where you receive normal income as well as residual income....which means you receive income for months, even years to come.  It obviously doesn't happen overnight, but you can start now and begin to see results.  This is usually what it takes for someone to see that this is real. It takes steady effort, over a  period of time. Some people think they can write on article or two, do a couple tasks on a website or make a web page or two, and sit back, and let the money roll in.  That is actually a ridiculous thought if you think about it!  If that were true, everyone in the world would make a website and just 'be rich' lol.  Like I said, there is a difference between "hype" and the "reality"....reality being just as exciting, but, real ;)

Everyone Is Just Too Busy

Working online takes time. You can't make a page, or write an article, in 15 minutes, so you need to have some extra time to devote to it. If your life is so busy that you already have trouble getting everything done, then realistically, you probably don't have the time to make much money online.
If you can find an extra hour or two a day for working on your computer from home, then you can probably make some money on the internet, but if your life is jam packed already, you might have to come up with another plan. You also should consider how it will impact your personal relationships if you devote more time to your computer.

Do you have what it takes to make money online?

Do you think you have what it takes to make money online? If you think you have what it takes, then I sincerely wish you the best luck and motivation.  You can start out with 1 hour a day or 12, it's up to your personal life circumstances, motivations and free will.  I started off doing little jobs about once a week, then I got some serious motivation out of my first check.  Ever since then I have been going strong everyday for the most part.  I do have a family and I am busy!   My family always comes first and I will put off anything online if I need to.  I just make a schedule for myself and absolutely stick to it, if I get bombarded with activities I just do it late at night or wake up early to make up for the time.  You can search for legitimate ways (there are alot) to make money online and you can also go back to the website www.GuardianStaffingAgency.com where I have job listings that have been tested and have paid out.  I am always trying out new companies, when they are proven to be legit, I post them!

How to Attract a Crowd and Fill Your Vacant Rental Within a Week! the 7 Day Method

I will be showing you a quick strategy you can use to fill your vacant rentals within a week. I have outlined this method in 6 simple steps. Stick to the steps and you are guaranteed to find your tenant.

1. Make sure your rental is deep cleaned, staged (as much as possible) and is ready to be shown. When it comes to staging just think "model home" and that should keep you in line.

2. You will heavily market your property for 5 days, then show it on the 6th day. Marketing Monday through Friday with a showing on Saturday usually works best.

3. Set aside a time slot for your one time showing on the upcoming Saturday, say 1-3pm. You will be making it known to the world that you are only showing your rental one time, on Saturday from 1-3 and will choose a tenant on the following week. This creates the hype you need to get those tenants clamoring to get into your rental. This also creates a strong psychological competitive streak among potential tenants when you conduct your one time showing.

4. Starting on Monday, you should post at least 2-3 ads a day on Craigslist and similar websites along with photos, rent amount and information highlighting your rental. You may post the cross streets and area but do NOT post the address. You want the potential tenants to email or call you so you can give them the address. This will let you know about how many people to expect on Saturday. You should also immediately print out flyers and post them at local laundry mats, grocery stores and bulletin boards at apartment complexes, specifically in areas that surround your vacant rental. Above all, do not forget to state that the showing is a one time showing only and that the new renter will be chosen the following week!

5. On the morning of your showing you will need to place signs in your rental area, almost like you are having a garage sale. The signs should say something like "Rental Open House 1-3pm, One Time Showing" with the address, as well as arrows. Place these signs at all surrounding main streets and red lights to direct traffic straight to your door. This should also bring in potential renters who are out driving on Saturdays. It is also a good idea to attach balloons to the sign in front of your rental or on all of them! You should also buy a pumpkin spice or cinnamon roll scented candle and light it at least 2 hours before your showing begins.

6. At the time of your showing simply let people discover the rental, answer any questions they may have and have a pile of rental applications on the counter. Let everyone know that you will be reviewing the applications and will choose sometime next week.

Viola! Not only have you brought those potential tenants in, but you did it with one single showing and you have the pick of the litter. Now all you need to do is screen those tenants properly! It is important to cross check rental applications in-depth, because believe it or not, some people lie on those applications! You may want to read my article on the fail safe tenant screening method to make sure you pick the best possible tenant for your rental.
