WTF Wells Fargo Accidentally Forecloses on the Wrong Home and Destroys a Family's Belongings

Wells Fargo wrongfully foreclosed on a home near near Twentynine Palms, California, removing and then destroying an old couple's belongings. 3 Months ago, Wells Fargo sent subcontractors to Alvin and Pat Tjosaas home. The only problem was that it was the wrong house.


The subcontractors Wells Fargo sent crushed windows and stole valuables while foreclosing the couple's home. Alvin and Pat Tjosaas have been married for 56 years and had no mortgage on their property. Despite the incident having occurred 3 months ago, the bank has only offered an apology and an offer of compensation only since the media began reporting the story.


"The way it's been going, I don't think they really care. That's the way it's been for three months. Now, all of a sudden, it's you guys," Alvin said in an ABC interview, referring to the media. "Now, all of a sudden, they call me."


A concerning part of this story is not that Wells Fargo accidentally foreclosed on the wrong home and made a mistake, but that they offered no compensation until it became widely public. Do banks treat people like this simply because they can? Do they think they are above the law?


A second concern is the way they trashed the house when they repossessed it, suggesting that they weren't interested in trying to recover money, only in throwing the tenants out.


Currently, there are at least 50 pending lawsuits for this kind of behavior against Wells Fargo.

How to Protect Yourself If a Bank Tries to Wrongfully Foreclose Your Home

Homeowners be aware, most people do not think that large banking corporations would successfully foreclose on the wrong home, but it happens!


As covered in a previous article of mine, Wells Fargo accidentally foreclosed on the wrong home of an elderly couple. Wells Fargo sent in their subcontractors, who broke windows and destroyed all of their belongings. This couple did not even have a mortgage on their home and were never even customers of Wells Fargo.

You need to be aware of what you can do if this happens to you:

1. Call the police, anyone can claim to be a "contractor".
2. Require any contractor to show paper, which gives them authority for the action.
3. Require a contractor to sign any paper showing their business, date and description of the action they claim to have right to perform. Preferably, ask a police officer to act as a witness.
4. If you have a lawyer, call him on the spot. If not, get one.
5. If the Bank is indeed wrongfully foreclosing, you should video tape as much as possible.

Afterwards, you can sue the contractor and the bank. You may require not only compensation for direct damages, but also loss of value, hardship created, and emotional damages. Not only that, you can locate other victims and start a class action suit.

WTF Texas Judge Who Beat Daughter was Paid Throughout Suspension and Gets His Job Back

The video said it all. It was all over the national and local media that shocked the nation. The Aransas County Texas family law judge was seen last year beating and whipping his then-teenaged daughter, Hillary Adams, in a YouTube video.

It turns out that the courts could not use the video in court because of the statute of limitations, so the family law judge, Judge William Adams is allowed to return to the bench after he was given a public warning via the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. A public warning is a level or two below "reprimand". This has alarmed and angered many parents and multiple groups.

Reggie Wilkinson, an avid Texan and protestor against this ruling said Friday "10 years ago I punched my wife's truck mirror, a neighbor called the police and I got a domestic violence charge, 90 days in jail, 1 year of anger management, $800 dollar fine, and I can never own any type of firearm for the rest of my life. Yet someone who directly presides over family law cases gets a reprimand and returned to his previous status with paid leave"

Protests are said to be organizing at the moment. It is not decided when or where these protests will occur or how many protestors will be present. The main consensus is that Judge William Adams specifically presides over child custody, child abuse, and family violence. Which means that he will be putting people in jail for the very same crime he committed.

On a positive note, Judge William Adams must face the voters in two years. He surely will have an opponent, and that opponent will most likely use the video to put an end to his career.

The Flat Earth Society and Evidence Proving the Earth is Flat, Not Round

The Flat Earth Society has been around for more than 500 years and is surprisingly still around to this very day. The Flat Earth Society believes that the earth is a flat disc and that the North Pole is in the direct center with the continents and oceans surrounding it.

Likewise, around the outside edge of our earth disk, there is a 150 foot wall of ice holding the ocean in. They also believe that the Apollo moon landings were a complete hoax perpetrated by the United States government because it was so important at the time to win the space race against Russia and secondly, to take the Americans mind off of the war.

There are actually a lot of conspiracy theorists who believe the moon landing was faked and filmed in Hollywood, not just The Flat Earth Society. On the flat earth website, they show their version of the world map as a flat surface. Oddly enough, their version of the world map is almost identical to the world map on the flag of the United Nations, or UN. Please see the photos connected to this article.
Coincidence or not?

According the the Flat Earth Society, the diameter of the flat earth is 25,000 miles long across. They also believe that the sun and moon are the same size and that each have a diameter of about 32 miles across. Also, the sun and the moon revolve around the moon 3,000 miles up in the sky above our flat earth disk. However, the stars are a little higher, hovering at 100 miles above the sun and the moon.

The Flat Earthers also have an explanation for gravity. They purpose that the disc we live on is constantly moving upwards, thus creating gravity. Some of their evidence is that if the earth were a ball, we would have to live on top or the humans, buildings and oceans would fall off the edge, therefore, the earth cannot be a ball.

The round earth scientists say that the earth is spinning to create gravity. The flat earth believers say that this is impossible because the earth would fling everything off into space. Also, the flat earth version of our oceans would be visually compared to a bowl of water.

Even with the vast amount of scientific and visual proof that the earth is indeed round, there are still large groups of skeptics. I guess the question "Is The Earth Round?" is still up for debate.

Russia Threatens United States and Israel to Not Attack Iran. Russia Believes They Do Not Have Nukes

Out of Moscow on Thursday, Russia has sternly warned Israel and the United States against attacking Iran. Russia has said that they see no evidence that Tehran's nuclear program is aimed at developing weapons.
This comes as the biggest warning yet from Russia. They do not believe Iran is building nuclear weapons, therefore, they are not buying the idea that the west is trying to sell, ie. that a pre-emptive strike against Iranian facilities would be unacceptable as Iran is not building a nuke.
No one knows for sure, however, not only does Russia not believe US and Israeli politicians about Iran's hypothesized nuke weapon program, but the United States and Israel's intelligence agencies (aka, the CIA, Mossad, etc) also confirm Iran has no nuke, isn't building a nuke and doesn't plan on building a nuke.
Could this be an empty warning by Russia? Russia and China have managed to take this sort of position over the recent years. Some critics say that they sit on the sidelines and critique the United States, while they stand opposed to violence. If it turns out that they were wrong those countries will never have to take responsibility.
On the other hand, if Iran is in fact building nuclear bombs then it should definitely not be ignored. For the safety of human lives and the relationships between countries, all entities should be fully researching this matter and find the truth before starting another war.
